We refer to the announcements dated 26 March 2026, 20 April 2026, 30 April 2026 and the Company's circular dated 3 April 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal of MML has been completed on 8 May 2026 in accordance with the terms of SSA, following the full payment of the Disposal Consideration by Mr. CSW and the execution of the relevant share transfer documents.

 

Accordingly, the Proposals have been completed.
