Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 December 2024 (referred to as "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms therein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. 

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that ADSB's solicitors had confirmed that all the Conditions Precedent for the Proposed Acquisition have been fulfilled, and the balance of Purchase Price has been released to the Vendor, marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition.
