We refer to the Company's announcement dated 30 March 2026 in relation to the MOA entered with Wealth Sail Shipping in relation to the Proposed Acquisition ("the Announcement"). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

The Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 11 May 2026, following the successful delivery of the vessel, Orkim Garnet (formerly known as Rich Sunda) by the Seller, thereby concluding the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the MOA.
