Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 11 May 2026 issued by MM Computer Systems Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 11 May 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 25 May 2026. In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and an announcement will be made on the website of Bursa Securities.
