FREE ISSUANCE OF 123,106,493 WARRANTS IN MCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES BERHAD ("MCLEAN" OR "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN MCLEAN ("MCLEAN SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF MCLEAN WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF MCLEAN AS AT 5:00 P.M. ON 28 APRIL 2026 ("FREE WARRANTS ISSUE")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new MClean Share at the exercise price of RM0.48 each, at any time during the exercise period of 5 years ("Exercise Period"), subject to any adjustment(s) in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 8 April 2026. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the expiry/maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 11 May 2026.
