The Board of Directors of CEB wishes to announce the following legal proceedings involving Cape Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("CMM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

(a) CMM had on 7th May 2026 been served with a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 5th May 2026 filed by Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn. Bhd. in the High Court of Malaya at Johor Bahru ("Aeronas Suit").
 

(b) CMM had on 8th May 2026 filed legal proceedings in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against:

(i) Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn. Bhd;
(ii) PetraX5 Sdn. Bhd;
(iii) Raja Shazreen Petra Binti Raja Azman Shah;
(iv) Raja Iman Petra Bin Raja Azman Shah; and
(v) Kamarulzaman Bin Abdul Karim.
(collectively, the "Defendants"),

arising from disputes in relation to a Memorandum of Understanding dated 9th March 2025 entered into between CMM and the Defendants pertaining to a proposed collaboration on aircraft manufacturing and related activities ("CMM Suit").
