The Board of Directors of Wellspire wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company.

 

The Circular and Notice of EGM setting out the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
