Reference is made to the announcements made on 17 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 8 April 2025, 19 August 2025 and 5 May 2026. 

 

All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said announcements.

 

The Company wishes to update that the Company has filed notice of appeal on the Court's decision on OS 90 on 6 May 2026.

 

Having said that, the Company has decided not to file a formal stay application.

 

Any further material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, where necessary.
