Lee Kah Hin ("Jerry Lee"), is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a finance and capital markets professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, investment strategy, governance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and the execution of corporate exercises. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Statistics) from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, in 2009. He currently holds directorships in two private limited companies and serves as Senior Partner at Censuria Capital Sdn. Bhd., a private equity firm registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia. He has directed corporate restructuring initiatives that enhanced market value, ensured rigorous financial discipline, and instituted governance reforms.
In March 2026, Jerry Lee joined Perak Transit Berhad and its subsidiaries ("Group") as a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the Group's financial strategy, capital management, financial reporting, corporate governance, and investor relations, supporting the Board and Management in driving sustainable growth and long-term shareholder value.
With effect from 8 May 2026, Jerry Lee will be redesignated to the position of Chief Investment Officer. In this redesignated role, he will spearhead the Group's investment strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and the execution of corporate exercises, to support sustainable growth and maximise shareholder value. Jerry Lee's transition reflects the Group's commitment to strengthening its investment capabilities while leveraging his extensive capital markets expertise to drive strategic opportunities. |
