In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1)  The details of the development plan for the Property and whether the relevant authorities' approval have been obtained.

2)  The detailed basis and justification to arrive at the purchase consideration of the Property of RM133,333,000, including but not limited to, the details of the indicative average market value of comparable properties within the vicinity, and whether any valuation was carried out on the Property, if so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value.

3)  Whether the diversification into property development activities via the Purchase of Property signifies a diversification in operations pursuant to Paragraph 10.13 of the Main Market Listing Requirements and requires shareholders' approval.
