PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 12,414,800 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN APB ("APB SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)"), REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES) TO THIRD PARTY INVESTOR(S) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2026, 4 February 2026, 12 February 2026, 23 February 2026, 23 April 2026 and 6 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed on 7 May 2026 following the listing of 12,414,000 Placement Shares (being the first and final tranche of the Placement Shares) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 May 2026.

 

The Company wishes to inform that a total of 12,414,000 APB Shares were issued under the Private Placement and the Company has raised total gross proceeds of RM1,824,858 from the Private Placement.
