Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that subsequent to the case management on 7 May 2026, the next case management is fixed on 24 June 2026 via e-review for further directions from the Court.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
