We refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 March 2026 and its subsequent announcement in relation to the Proposals.

 

KAF IB had, on behalf of the Company, submitted a letter on 7 May 2026 to Bursa Securities to withdraw the listing application and draft circular to the Company's shareholders in relation to the Proposals ("Documents"), which were submitted to Bursa Securities on 27 April 2026 to facilitate essential updates to the Documents. Thereafter, a revised announcement and submission of the revised Documents will also be made pursuant to such updates.
