The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("Pansar") is pleased to announce that Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pansar has received a Letter of Acceptance today from Jabatan Bekalan Air Luar Bandar (JBALB) Sarawak through a tender for the Proposed Upgrading of Kaki Wong Water Treatment Plant, Saratok, Betong Division ("the Project"), with a contract value of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thirty-Four Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand and Eight Hundred Only (RM234,888,800.00).

The scope of work involves the construction of a new 30 MLD water treatment plant at the existing Kaki Wong plant site, a new raw water intake facility and two new booster pump stations. The works also include the installation of water pipelines, construction of a reservoir, chemical and ancillary buildings, and staff quarters, as well as the upgrading, refurbishment, and improvement of existing facilities, including administrative building, water treatment plant buildings, and the water pump house.

The Project will commence in June 2026 and is scheduled for completion within thirty (30) months. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group as the Project progresses during the contract period.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Pansar or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contract.
