We refer to the Company's announcements dated 2 August 2019, 13 August 2019, 23 October 2019, 24 September 2020, 13 August 2024, 23 October 2024, 24 September 2025 and 23 January 2026 in respect of the Perpetual Securities Programme of the Company.

 

The Board of Directors of Paramount wishes to announce that the Company has, on this 6 May 2026, issued RM90,000,000.00 in nominal value of Perpetual Securities under the Company's Perpetual Securities Programme, bringing the total Perpetual Securities in issue to RM190,000,000.00 in nominal value as of to-date.
