We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over the HARTA Shares.

HARTA-HF is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. HARTA-HF is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 6 May 2026.

HARTA-HF is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of HARTA-HF is set out in the attachment.
