Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 31 October 2023 as well as the subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Maybank Investment Bank Berhad had, on behalf of the Company, submitted the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities on 1 April 2026.

As at the date of this announcement, the Proposed Regularisation Plan is pending Bursa Securities' decision.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) with regards to any latest development on the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
