Maxis refers to the announcement dated 23 June 2023.

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd ("MBSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maxis has on 5 May 2026 accepted the letter of award from TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd ("TM Technology Services"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") to provide 2G and 4G DR services and 4G MOCN services to TM Technology Services ("Award").

The salient terms of the Award, are inter alia as follows:

1. MBSB is TM's incumbent provider. The Award is in continuation of the provisioning, integration, activation, testing, optimisation and billing of 2G and 4G Domestic Roaming services and 4G MOCN services ("Services").
2. The value of the Award is based on usage, rates and other agreed parameters, as stipulated in the Award.
3. The term is until 30 September 2029 unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with the terms of the Award.
4. The Award retains the existing customary termination provisions including rights to terminate for breach of contract, a party's insolvency or cessation of its telecommunications business.
5. MBSB will make available to TM Technology Services the Services and TM Technology Services will pay for the Services rendered.
6. The Award to MBSB will enable TM to extend its coverage and provide seamless mobile connectivity nationwide by leveraging an expanded portfolio of 2G and 4G network sites in addition to its existing infrastructure.

The arrangements under the Award do not require the approval of the shareholders of Maxis.

Other than as disclosed below, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of Maxis and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Award:

• Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is a common major shareholder of both TM and Maxis.

The Award will not have any effect on the issued share capital of Maxis and the shareholdings of its substantial shareholders, nor will it have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Maxis Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
