We refer to the announcements dated 21 October 2025, 24 October 2025, 21 November 2025 and 14 April 2026 in relation to the Company's status of public shareholding spread pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Public Shareholding Spread Requirement").

On 30 April 2026, the Company was notified by its major shareholder, Kintan Prima Sdn Bhd, in relation to the changes of its interest in the Company on 28 April 2026. Based on the Company's Record of Depositors as at 30 April 2026 which has taken into account the said changes, the public shareholding spread of the Company has now increased from 22.07% to 25.07%.

In this respect, the Company has now complied with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.
