Further to the Company's earlier announcements dated 28 May 2025, 9 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 29 August 2025 and 11 September 2025 respectively, the Board of Directors wishes to provide a further update on the matter.

The Company wishes to inform that the relevant parties have executed the Settlement Agreement and the related insurance claim forms today, for a total settlement sum of USD17.28 million.

The Company is currently working with the relevant parties towards the completion of the insurance claims process, including the disbursement of the insurance proceeds.

The Company will provide further updates as and when material developments arise.
