(Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2026, 27 February 2026, 31 March 2026, 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026, respectively in relation to the delay in the issuance of annual report for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.)

Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 30 April 2026.

The Board of Directors of MLABS ("Board") wishes to further announce that:

The delay in issuing the Company's annual report for the financial year ended 30 September 2025 ("AR 2025") is mainly due to the Company being in the midst of fulfilling additional audit requests from the external auditors. To date, the management has completed two (2) out of the three (3) additional audit requests. The remaining audit requirement is currently in progress. The management continues to prioritise the fulfilment of the outstanding audit request and targets to complete all additional audit requirements within the current month.

Nevertheless, the Company expects to issue and submit the Annual Report 2025 within 3 months from the date of this announcement.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the above matter in due course.
