References are made to the Company's First Announcement, announcements dated 20 September 2024, 18 October 2024, 11 March 2025, 20 May 2025, 6 October 2025, 22 October 2025, 18 December 2025, 22 December 2025, 16 March 2026, 31 March 2026 and 23 April 2026 and subsequent monthly announcements relating to GN3.

The Board of Waja wishes to announce that, save as disclosed herein, there are no other material developments in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan:

(i) the shareholders' approval regarding the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been obtained on 23 April 2026; and 

(ii) the Company has submitted a notice to the Director General of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 117(1) & (4) of the Companies Act 2016 on 29 April 2026.  

The Company will make the necessary announcements with regards to any developments on the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
