Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 and 27 April 2026.

 

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission on 1 May 2026, that the funds in the bank accounts of the following companies have been partially released:

 

1. Padini Corporation Sdn Bhd - 1 account

2. Yee Fong Hung (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd - 1 account

3. Padini Dot Com Sdn Bhd - 1 account

4. Vincci Ladies' Specialties Centre Sdn Bhd - 1 account

 

The Board will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
