Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 8 August 2025, 11 August 2025, 6 October 2025, 8 October 2025, 18 November 2025, 29 January 2026, 23 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 11 March 2026, 22 April 2026 and 24 April 2026 (collectively referred to as "Previous Announcements"). 

Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors of Mega Fortris Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that during the case management on 30 April 2026, the Court has fixed the Company's Security for Costs Application to be heard together with the Company's Striking Out Application on 21 July 2026.

The Court further fixed 14 May 2026 as the next case management for further directions to be given in respect of the main suit.
