Reference is made to SSBB's announcements dated 22 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 23 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 27 February 2026 and 10 March 2026 in relation to the Offer ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in SSBB's Announcements. On behalf of the Offeror, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Offeror has on 30 April 2026 completed the compulsory acquisition of all the remaining Offer Shares held by the Dissenting Shareholders in accordance with subsection 222(1) of the CMSA. This announcement is dated 30 April 2026.
