As the Closing Price is lower than YINSON-C54's Exercise Price of RM2.50, holders of YINSON-C54 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YINSON-C54 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of YINSON-C54 shall terminate absolutely.
