Cosmos was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 6 October 2022. Pursuant to Rule 3.21(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements"), Cosmos is required to secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the Official List.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Cosmos, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd ("Mercury Securities") wishes to inform that Cosmos has complied with Rule 3.21(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements and therefore, Cosmos no longer require the services of a Sponsor after its financial year ending 30 April 2026. In this regard, Mercury Securities will cease to act as Sponsor of Cosmos with effect from 1 May 2026.
