Pursuant to Rule 9.19(38) of the ACE Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of CROPMATE wishes to announce that the Company's Independent Auditors, Messrs Kreston John & Gan have issued an unqualified audit opinion with a material uncertainty related to going concern ("MUGC") in the Independent Auditors' Report for the financial statements of the Company for the FY2025.
