Datuk Liew You Cheong ("Datuk Liew") is a Malaysian entrepreneur with more than 24 years of experience in the oils and fats industry. He graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, United States, and returned to Malaysia to begin his career that same year. 

Datuk Liew started his professional journey with Chin Hin Palm Oil Trading Company, followed by Gemilang Palm Oil (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Megah Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd., where he served as Marketing Manager until 2007. During these early years, he gained extensive exposure to marketing, operations, production, and commercial trading. This foundation provided him with strong knowledge across both the upstream and downstream segments of the oils and fats value chain. 

In 2008, Datuk Liew ventured into entrepreneurship with the establishment of Nutra Lipids (M) Sdn. Bhd. Since then, he has expanded his business portfolio across multiple sectors, including vegetable oils and fats, specialty feed ingredients, logistics, and renewable energy. His leadership is characterised by a strong focus on operational efficiency, market development, supply chain optimisation, and long-term business sustainability. Through his leadership, Datuk Liew continues to drive the growth of the Nutra Lipids Group in domestic and international markets, strengthen operational capabilities, and promote sustainable practices within the oils and fats sector.
