We refer to the announcements dated 20 April 2026, 26 March 2026, and the Company's circular dated 3 April 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal of MMT Group has been completed on 26 April 2026 in accordance with the terms of SSA, following the full payment of the Disposal Consideration by Mr. CHG and the execution of the relevant share transfer documents.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the completion of the Proposed Disposal of MML.
