In relation to the default in payment to MBSB Bank Berhad ("MBSB") by Mines Waterfront Business Park Sdn. Bhd. ("MWBP") (in liquidation), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that status remains unchanged on the default in payment of principal and interests accrued at the date of this announcement.
Certain monthly announcements were not made within the prescribed timeframe due to timing in the preparation and finalisation of the relevant disclosures. The Company has since strengthened its internal monitoring and compliance procedures to ensure timely disclosures moving forward.
There were no material developments in relation to the litigation during the months of February 2026, September 2025 and October 2025.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments, in accordance with Paragraphs 9.03 and 9.04 of the MMLR.
