The Company wishes to inform that the Applicants filed a Notice of Motion dated 26 March 2026 to obtain leave to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 26 February 2026 in Appeal No. W-02(NCC)(W)-168-01/2022.

 

The Court fixed a mention (via e-review) for the leave application on 27 April 2026 and the case management (CM) was concluded today by the Court.

 

Please be informed that the Court has directed parties as follow:-

 

(a) to file Submission, Bundle of Authorities, Common Core Bundle and Executive Summary on or before 29 July 2026;

 

(b) fixed CM on 30 July 2026; and

 

(c) fixed hearing on 13 August 2026.
