The Board of Directors of MCLEAN wishes to announce that the External Auditors of the Company, Messrs TGS TW PLT has indicated their decision not to seek re-appointment as Auditors of the Company at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Hence, Messrs TGS TW PLT will be retired as the Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Board of Directors will make further announcement on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
