Reference is made to the Announcement in relation to the tripartite MOU entered into between Sasbadi, Intel and Maistorage.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide an update on the progress of the MOU.

As part of this collaboration, Intel has provided the next-generation hardware being used for model performance benchmarking. MaiStorage has integrated their proprietary middleware for the testing and has derived the relevant data useful for the development of a best possible on-premise AI-Powered Classroom solution. This collaboration aims to deliver an on-premise well-grounded AI solution by leveraging the Group's verified educational content and integrating MaiStorage's aiDAPTIV+ turnkey software, within a Windows-based environment running on Intel's hardware platform.

The Board will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in relation to the MOU.
