We refer to the announcement made by UEMS dated 26 February 2026 and our announcement dated 3 March 2026 in relation to the special single-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.59 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Special Dividend").

In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025, the terms and conditions of UEMS-C2E shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
