With reference to the Notice of the Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 28 April 2026, the payment of the First and Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to shareholders' approval under Ordinary Resolution 1 at the aforesaid AGM which will be held on 24 June 2026.
