Mr Loke Chee Kien has more than 30 years of experience in global business solutions and outsourcing services, corporate advisory and planning, corporate trusteeship, private wealth, and the capital markets. He also possesses extensive experience in advising companies, particularly public listed companies, on sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters.
He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Practicing Accountant with CPA Australia.
He has exposure across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, construction, education, plantation, agrotechnology, financial services, real estate, and start-ups. Loke previously held senior roles with Deloitte, TMF Group, Baker Tilly, public listed companies, various financial services providers, and was also a pioneer consultant with the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG). |
