We refer to the announcement dated 24 April 2026 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Board has resolved to appoint UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer to the Board and the holders of the Offer Shares.
