The Board of Directors of Teck Guan Perdana Berhad wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") transacted with the related parties pursuant to the existing shareholders' mandate obtained at the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2025 has exceeded the estimated value of RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 29 May 2025 by more than 10%. Further details are set out in Table A as attached. This announcement is dated 27 April 2026.
