Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 13 January 2025 and 19 March 2025 in relation to the acceptance of the Letter of Notification and the execution of the Power Purchase Agreement, respectively, for the development of a 29.99 MWac large-scale solar photovoltaic plant in Gebeng, Kuantan, Pahang ("Project").

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that DC Solar One Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daya Cipta Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDEN, has achieved financial close for the project financing for the Project.
