The Board of Directors of GREENYIELD wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek the approval of its shareholders on the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later:

 

1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

 

2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares.

 

A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing the details in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Shares will be uploaded onto the Company's website in due course.
