She started her career in the audit division of KPMG Malaysia before her transfer to KPMG Tax Services and was attached to the Asia Pacific Tax Centre in KPMG Melbourne in 1995-1996.

She was admitted as a Tax Partner/Executive Director of KPMG Tax Services Sdn. Bhd. in 2008 with the primary responsibility of overseeing KPMG's tax practice in Sarawak and held the position until her retirement from the firm.

She leads her team in providing tax services to public listed groups, private and foreign entities in various industries and sectors, including plantations, property development, construction, manufacturing and investment holding. 

Portfolio services include income tax advisory, compliance, due diligence reviews, risks mitigation and management including transfer pricing, tax audits and investigations.

She also speaks at seminars, forums and events on tax matters and has been a panelist for the Inland Revenue Board's national budget seminars, MIA's and CTIM's budget seminars and a speaker at KPMG's tax seminars. 

She has a passion for sharing tax knowledge and has conducted talks for CTIM at local colleges and universities in Sarawak and has conducted tax workshops for various corporations and institutions. In the early days of her career, she lectured for ACCA's tax papers and prior to the covid pandemic, she facilitated tax workshops for the MIA Qualifying Exam.
