The Board of Directors of Hexcare wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase of its own shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting ("30th AGM") of the Company to be convened.

 

The Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
