AME Real Estate Investment Trust ("AME REIT")
Listing of and quotation for up to 30.0 million units in AME REIT to be issued as payment of management fees to I REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (''Manager'') on a staggered basis ("Approved Manager's Units").
Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")'s letter dated 2 June 2022 in relation to the Approved Manager's Units and AME REIT's prospectus dated 17 August 2022 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
For the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, the Manager has elected to receive its management fees via new units in AME REIT ("Units"). Based on the issue price of RM1.5743 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of AME REIT ("5-Day VWAP") up to and including 21 April 2026, 926,531 new Units will be issued to the Manager as management fees ("Issuance"). The details of the management fees are calculated as follows:

Based on the Record of Depositors as at 21 April 2026, the public unitholding spread of AME REIT stood at 33.38% (Note 2). AME REIT shall comply with the requirement of Paragraph 8.02(1) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities of at least 25% of its total listed units after the Issuance (Note 3).

1. Calculated based on the Management Fees payable to the Manager over the 5-Day VWAP of RM1.5743 per Unit up to and including 21 April 2026.
2. Percentage calculated based on total listed units of 531,098,509 units as at 21 April 2026.
3. Subject to any unforeseen circumstances, once 926,531 units are listed and quoted, which represent 0.17% calculated based on the then total listed units of 532,025,040 units after the Issuance, the pro forma public unitholding spread of AME REIT shall decrease to 33.32%.
