This announcement is made by CLSASM in relation to the non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of UTDPLT issued by CLSASM on 11 March 2026.

The expressions applied in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them as set out in the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 ("Base Prospectus").

We refer to the announcement made by UTDPLT dated 23 February 2026 pursuant to a final special single-tier dividend of 30 sen per share for year ended 31 December 2025 ("Special Dividend").

In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025, no adjustment will be made to UTDPLT-CE pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of UTDPLT-CE.

For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein shall prevail.
