The Board of Directors of NationGate Holdings Berhad ("NatGate" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for a proposed new and renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be outlined in the Circular to Shareholders which will be released at a later date.
