The Board of Directors' ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company ("the Vendor" or "KJB"), has entered into a Share Sale Agreement ("SSA") with THH Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("the Purchaser" or "THH") for the disposal of the entire equity shares held in GRP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Jebco Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.) ("GRP Holdings") ("Sale Shares") on 22 April 2026 ("Effective Date")("Disposal").
