ETA GROUP BERHAD ("ETA" or "THE COMPANY") - RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE ("RRPT")

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of ETA wishes to announce that P.T. Rex Canning, a subsidiary of ETA, has entered into RRPT with Rex Canning Co. Sdn. Bhd., a company connected with the Director of ETA, and the aggregate value transacted of the RRPT for the period from the date of 1 January 2026 up to 31 March 2026 has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of ETA and its subsidiaries' (collectively, the "Group") net assets of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.
