The Board wishes to announce that on 22 April 2026, SC Terminals Sdn Bhd ("SCTSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into Lease Agreement ("Agreement") with Idemitsu Chemicals (M) Sdn Bhd ("ICMSB"), for the proposed acquisition for the right of use of part of a parcel of leasehold land held under H.S.(D) 178032 for PTD 101364 (Lot 408) in the Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor, comprising an area of approximately 439,092.20 square feet ("Subject Land"), through a lease arrangement, for a consideration of approximately RM21.08 million (excluding fees arising from deferred payment terms) to be satisfied entirely via cash ("Consideration").
