Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those given to them in the announcements dated 13 March 2025, 17 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 26 September 2025, 19 January 2026, 5 February 2026, 23 February 2026 and 24 March 2026 in relation to the Transfer of Listing.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Bursa Securities' Withdrawal Approval Letter dated 20 February 2026:-

1. The trading in Manforce's shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new Manforce Shares to be issued pursuant to the listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities ("Listing") until the completion of the Listing; and

2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 30 April 2026 onwards.
